We work hard to keep it running but can't guarantee it will be perfect 100% of the time — software rarely is. If something isn't working, reach out and we'll fix it. By downloading, installing, or using MapMiner ("the App," "the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use MapMiner. These terms apply to all users including free, Starter, Pro, and Lifetime plan holders.
MapMiner is a desktop application that helps you find, organize, and reach out to business leads from publicly available sources. It is a tool — how you use it is your responsibility.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Don't share your license key or account access with others — each license is for one user. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at info@mapminer.app.
You agree to use MapMiner only for lawful purposes. Specifically, you agree not to:
You are solely responsible for complying with all laws in your jurisdiction related to cold outreach, data collection, and marketing. MapMiner provides the tool — the compliance is on you.
Monthly plans (Starter & Pro): Billed monthly. Cancel any time — your access continues until the end of the billing period. No partial refunds for unused days.
Lifetime plan: One-time payment. Due to the nature of a lifetime license, this is generally non-refundable. However, if MapMiner stops operating entirely within 12 months of your purchase and we are unable to restore service, we will issue a full refund.
Free plan: No payment required. No refund applicable.
If you experience a genuine billing error, contact us within 14 days and we will make it right.
We work hard to keep MapMiner running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime or uninterrupted access. Third-party platforms (Google Maps, Redfin, Yellow Pages, etc.) occasionally change their structure, block scrapers, or go down entirely — these are outside our control and do not constitute a failure of MapMiner.
We will always be transparent about known issues and give honest timelines for fixes.
MapMiner is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranty, express or implied, that MapMiner will meet your specific requirements, be error-free, or produce any particular business outcome. Lead generation results vary widely based on your industry, location, outreach quality, and many factors beyond our control.
We do not guarantee that you will generate any specific number of leads, responses, or revenue by using MapMiner.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MapMiner and its founder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service. This includes but is not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
Our total liability to you for any claim related to MapMiner shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.
MapMiner, its logo, design, and underlying code are the intellectual property of MapMiner's founder. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of MapMiner without written permission. Using MapMiner does not grant you any ownership rights to the software.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or use MapMiner in a way that harms others or exposes us to legal risk. We will always attempt to contact you first unless the violation is severe.
You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email and update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of MapMiner after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If that fails, disputes shall be handled through binding arbitration rather than class action lawsuits.
